Disclosure of your personal data
 We will only use your personal data internally to ACD Business Solution and to certain external professional service providers such as lawyers, bankers and insurers as necessary to perform contractual obligations/checks. We also have to provide your data to perform regulatory and processing obligations to government agencies and authorities, including but not limited to HMRC.

Technology third party Providers.
 ACD Business Solutions do use specific technology providers who may use cloud based technology. We do not knowingly use technology centres based outside the United Kingdom, if it comes to our knowledge this is not the case we will update the privacy notice and advise you accordingly. As these third parties are processing and storage solutions we do not intentionally identify your personal data in a direct way to these third parties.

It is important for you to ensure the personal data we hold about you is update to date and accurate. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes.

Complaints
We hope you contact us first in any dispute, but you have the right to contact the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk at any time.

 We have procedure in place to deal with any breach , be it suspected or actual and will advise you and any regulator as required by law.
